Frank Rossetti, Managing Program Coordinator I of the NERIC Technology Services team, has been selected to receive a Commitment Award in recognition of his proactive leadership, customer-focused approach and dedication to continuous improvement.
In his role supporting school districts through managed and support services, Frank consistently seeks opportunities to enhance service delivery and better address district needs. A standout example is his leadership in expanding and modernizing NERIC’s backup service. By recognizing the need to strengthen the critical data protection service, Frank helped ensure greater system reliability for districts.
Frank led his team through the development and execution of a project plan to enhance the backup service for licensed districts. The work was completed on an accelerated timeline, enabling districts to quickly benefit from the improvement and reinforcing Frank’s commitment to delivering meaningful value without delay.
When asked about this recognition, Frank said, “It is with great pleasure that I get to share the award with such a great group of team members. I would like to recognize Ben Brooker, Brittany Loucks, Liam Nguyen and Michael Baccari for their outstanding work on helping bring forward an improvement that provides risk mitigation, reduced downtime, and data protection compliance to our CTS districts.”
