These offerings from Capital Region BOCES can help municipalities address everyday operational needs through a single trusted source, eliminating the need to manage multiple external vendors.

Municipal leaders left with a clearer understanding of how CRB can support day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

They also learned that partnering with BOCES offers distinct advantages, such as access to trained professionals who specialize in their fields, guaranteed annual compliance, streamlined outsourcing, increased productivity and cost savings. These benefits are reinforced by the trust and reliability that BOCES has established as a valued community partner.

The session drew municipal general managers, city clerks, comptrollers, operations analysts, directors of operations, clerk-treasurers, human resource directors and grant administrators representing a cross section of the state: Washington County, the City of Schenectady, the Village of Sharon Springs, the City of Watervliet, the Albany County Executive Office, the City of Syracuse, and the Village of South Glens Falls.
