From March 16-18, Management Services, the Engagement & Development Services Grants Team and NERIC collaborated to represent Capital Region BOCES at the 2026 New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC) Legislative Conference. Bringing together more than 700 county legislators from across the state, the conference was an opportunity for BOCES staff to engage directly with county-level decision makers.
Over the three-day conference, MS, EDS and NERIC teams highlighted BOCES’ role as a trusted, strategic partner to help local governments solve day-to-day operational challenges. Conference attendees who visited the CRB booth gained a clearer understanding of how BOCES can help meet operational, financial and compliance needs through an array of services including actuarial services, asset management, grant writing, IT services, occupational health, safety & risk management, pharmacy coalition, and records management.
Special thanks to Hayley Gunderson, Michelle Chank, Karen Nerney and Dennis Bates for representing BOCES. This successful collaboration reflects the collective strength of CRB and our ability to deliver responsive solutions that support the evolving needs of our public-sector partners.
