- Help build and test prototype equipment and products
- Manufacture simple parts (lathe, milling machine, band saw)
- Measure and QC mechanical components
- Wire and troubleshoot basic instruments

Skills Needed:
- Must be able to work around shop elements such as noise, dust, odor, chemicals, solvents, fumes, as well as sharp and high impact objects.
- Must take safety precautions and follow OSHA and MSDS protocols
- Occasionally move equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Min 2 year degree in Engineering or HS diploma with relevant experience
- Familiarity with machining and manufacturing processes
- direct experience with assembly of mechanical components
- working knowledge of electrical wiring (DC and AC)
- basic computer skills

Hourly Wage:
$20.00-$25.00
