Job Description:
Upstate Veterinary Specialties (UVS) is a privately owned, specialty and emergency veterinary practice located in the Capital District of upstate New York. We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Call Center Operator to join our Client Relations team. The Call Center Operator is the clients’ (both pet owners and referring veterinarians) first impression of the practice, on the phone, making it a critical role in our hospital.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer phones and direct call to other hospital personnel as needed.
Manage multiple phone lines effectively.
Answer general inquiries from clients and referring practices.
Assist clients in making payments over the phone as needed.

Skills Needed:
Prior experience in Veterinary or Human Medical field
