Required Training for Substitutes

Please Note: Substitutes must complete HazCom training within 90 days of district approval to remain eligible to substitute teach.

“Right to Know” legislation provides employees with information about the known and suspected health hazards that may result from working with toxic substances. Employees have a legal right to this information. This assists them in making knowledgeable and reasoned decisions with respect to any personal risks of their employment and the need for corrective action.
