As the Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through: • Maintaining facility and grounds in condition consistent with Camp standards. • Identifying necessary building repairs, interior and exterior, and reports to Camp Director. • Keeping maintenance records for all equipment • Reporting unsafe situations and difficult issues to Camp Director in a timely manner • Coordinating with maintenance contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) when necessary • Identifying and reporting any needed repairs/maintenance on program vehicle

Skills Needed:

– 2-3 years of appropriate experience with building maintenance, including minor carpentry and plumbing – Experience working with a diverse population
