Job Description:
An ideal candidate must have background knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You must also have experience with basic residential and commercial maintenance. The maintenance Technician will be responsible for all aspects of property maintenance services. Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Painting
• Apartment Turnovers
• Trash Removal
• Appliance Replacement and Preventative Maintenance
• Daily Common Area Cleaning
• Pool cleaning and maintenance (seasonal)
• Snow Removal
• Ensure the grounds are clean and free of all debris.
