What You’ll Do As a New Construction HVAC Installer, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in new residential and light commercial construction. Responsibilities include: Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and ventilation systems Read blueprints and construction plans Install refrigerant lines and connect HVAC equipment Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Work alongside builders, contractors, and other trades Perform startup checks and basic system testing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

Skills Needed:
Preferred qualifications: Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic Experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, attics, crawl spaces, and elevated work areas Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Experience using hand and power tools (drills, circular saws, impact drivers, etc.) Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Willing to work occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed
