Job Description:
Purpose/Scope: To provide quality blockout/layout materials to setup crews for rolling and/or fixed beds. Including plastic, wood, foam, or other materials as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Set up, operate, and tend panel saws, chops saws, table saws, routers, wood-nailing machines, and/or other equipment as necessary. • From given dimensions in blueprint format (castbooks/panel drawings), cut to fit and assemble blockouts, rips, IP’s, etc., as required. • Verify dimensions tape measures/rules to 1/16th of an inch. • Add fasteners and adhesives and connect the pieces to form a complete unit. • Ensure wood isn’t warped, cracked, or swollen. • Deliver all finished products to the appropriate areas. • Clean daily and maintain continually a safe work environment.

Skills Needed:
