
Get hands-on experience learning to repair, install, maintain and troubleshoot residential and commercial electrical wiring systems along with switches and controls.
The course offers 300 hours of residential and commercial electrical instruction and training that is taught by experienced electricians. Graduates of the program will gain fundamental skills and training in:
- residential electrical safety and theory
- residential construction codes
- low-voltage wiring
- switches and controls
- currents
- commercial electrical safety and theory
- commercial construction codes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will earn the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour Safety Course Certification.
