December 1, 2023 — Proposed 2024-25 Administrative and Capital Budgets completed
December 5-9, 2023 — Administration review tentative budgets with District Superintendent/SEO
December 11, 2023 — Administrative and Capital Budgets presented to Board of Education
December 22, 2023 — Final submission of proposed 2024-25 budgets to Business Office
January 11, 2024* — BOCES Board reviews two Divisional Budget (tbd)
February 12, 2024* — BOCES Board reviews three Divisional Budgets (tbd)
February 26, 2024 — Commitment Form/Final Service Request (FSR) sent to districts
March 15, 2024 — Budget communication/newsletter finalized and sent to districts
March 22, 2024 — Nominations of Candidates for election to the BOCES Board due to Clerk of BOCES Board (at least 30 days prior to vote by component boards)
March 27, 2024 — Publication of first legal notice of Annual Meeting (14 days prior to Annual Meeting)
