Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engine Rebuilder specializing in Gas and Diesel engines to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling a wide range of heavy equipment engines, including those used in construction, agriculture, industrial applications, and transportation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and develop your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities: Disassemble and inspect engine components such as pistons, crankshafts, valves, and cylinder heads using hand tools and power tools. Rebuild engines by replacing worn or damaged parts, including pistons, rings, bearings, seals, gaskets, and other critical components. Perform precision machining or fabrication tasks as needed to ensure proper fitment and performance of engine parts. Utilize heavy equipment operation skills for handling large engine components safely and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and inspection results for quality control and reporting purposes. Follow safety protocols related to heavy lifting, welding, soldering, hydraulics, suspension work, HVAC systems, brake repair, tire service, and other maintenance procedures.
