Strategic Planning/Leadership Development

    Hanover Research provides sequential research services to districts for a fixed annual cost. We conduct one research project at a time per engagement, known as a queue. Hanover offers a diverse range of research methodologies and capabilities. Services include primary research (e.g., survey design, administration, and analysis; in-depth interviews), secondary research (e.g., literature review and best practice identification), benchmarking (e.g., assessments of structure and operational/ efficiency metrics), and program evaluation (e.g., analysis of key program data combined with stakeholder input). In addition to our custom research solutions, clients have unlimited access to 1400+ research reports on a myriad of topics.

Social Emotional Learning/School Climate

  • Restorative Justice (RJ Ed)
    Restorative Justice Education implements researched and evidence-based trainings borne of indigenous roots to create a Culture of Care in our schools, at home, and among our various communities. Through our series of virtual and in-person trainings, RJEd Facilitators teach the critical values of Restorative Justice principles and practices, and how to implement them in the classroom, within a school or across school district; at home or in the field.
  • Character Strong
    Character Strong delivers a comprehensive suite of programs and services designed to support the Whole Child through evidence-based, tiered solutions that strengthen school culture, improve student well-being, and develop essential life and leadership skills. Their offerings include PreK–12 Tier 1 curricula in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Character Education, and Career & Life Readiness, as well as targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports and professional development for educators and school leaders. Mental Health Services

  • Northern Rivers
    Northern Rivers is a family of human services agencies providing help and hope to those who struggle with abuse, neglect, trauma, mental health challenges, educational difficulties, career training and employment, and service navigation through an innovative continuum of home-, clinic-, school-, and community-based, vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, and senior-supporting programs that provide person-centered, trauma-informed innovative solutions to ensure clients live their best lives.

  • Cartwheel Care
    Cartwheel Care is a mental health clinic that works with 125 school districts to deliver therapy, psychiatry, and case management to students — with no waitlists. School counselors can submit a referral and get students access to an appointment with a licensed clinician within 7 days. We also provide school-based staff with professional learning opportunities, case management assistance in 25 languages, and extensive data reporting on their students’ treatment progress.

Literacy

  • Wilson Language Training Corporation
    Wilson Language Training has been guiding educators with the science of reading for more than 35 years. Pioneers in Structured Literacy instruction, we continue to be a defining voice – providing science-based and research-backed literacy programs, combined with deep knowledge and support in implementation science, to help educators achieve their goals.  Programming includes Fundations, Just Words, and the Wilson Reading System.

  • Lexia Learning Systems, Inc.
    Lexia elevates literacy through blended learning curricula with embedded assessment as well as gold-standard professional learning.  Award-winning blended programs include Core 5 (a PK-5 supplemental literacy solution), Power Up (6-12 literacy intervention), Lexia English (K-6 programming focused on academic oracy for emergent bilingual students). Professional learning series include LETRS (providing educators and administrators with deep knowledge required to be literacy and language experts in the science of reading) and Aspire (for grades 4-8+: a highly flexible online professional learning course in applied science of reading for teachers of older students).
