What you will do:
As NERIC’s Business Service Delivery & Vendor Relationship Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight into the management and delivery of multiple administrative software services and hardware purchasing programs provided to school districts. You will lead the team responsible for ensuring that participating districts are receiving business services that align with their needs, budgets and regulatory requirements. You will provide regular updates and reports to NERIC leadership, internal teams and key stakeholders on these initiatives. In your role, you can expect the following
- Your day will be busy leading the team responsible for coordinating the delivery of services related to multiple administrative and business-related software packages available to participating districts. This includes tracking and managing licensing, renewals and service-level agreements.
- You will provide leadership and coordination for hardware purchasing programs, including procurement planning, vendor negotiation and lifecycle management.
- You will administer copier cost-per-click programs for participating school districts, monitoring usage, billing accuracy and vendor compliance.
- You will develop and monitor service budgets, prepare financial reports and ensure accurate billing to participating districts.
- You will directly mentor and supervise a team of professionals who specialize in the delivery of business services to school districts.

What you bring to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting or closely related field with at least 7 years of experience in providing training on business and central office related software applications and endpoint devices. Master’s degree candidates require 5 years of referenced experience.
- Ability to effectively lead teams, manage multiple projects and supervise the schedules and work of others
- Passion to help others, great leadership and communication skills and a personal drive for continuous learning and a desire to develop your skills and the skills of your team members.
- Any experience working in school district operations and/or training on administrative software systems ideal but not required
