Allergies

If your student has any special dietary needs, please email our staff dietitian, Allissa Eiser  with any questions.

We do our best to accommodate the dietary needs of our students. Please note that a medical statement is required for special dietary needs. Anyone authorized to write a prescription can provide this documentation.

Free meals for students

Maywood Academy and Airline Drive are Community Eligibility Program (CEP) schools, which allows all students to receive meals and milk at no charge – regardless of household income. Learn more about our free meal program.

Parents are asked to complete the household income eligibility form each year. This form also helps to determine eligibility for additional state and federal programs that may benefit your child.

If you have any questions regarding the lunch application form, please email Susan Frank.
