The BOCES serves more than 6,000 private and independent school students in the Capital Region through its textbooks service. The efficiencies of this service include processing all student requisitions, acquisition and distribution of textbooks, communications with non-public school officials, summary reports and pick-up and delivery of materials. All textbooks and student information is automated into an electronic textbook-tracking database maintained by staff for immediate and accurate access.
