Our 2018-19 special education programs and services have been developed based on learner characteristics, which will offer criteria to match students with the most appropriate program and ensure they, along with their families and our staff, have the range of supports they need.
New for 2018-19, our offerings will include enhanced programs for mental health, the medically fragile and those with autism spectrum disorders.
While each student’s IEP is individualized, our program description will provide a guide for parents and staff as the needs of their students are discussed and planned for during the school year.
The following programs will be available in our various locations during the 2018-19 school year:
Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Functional Skills
- Life Skills (Adaptive Daily Living Skills)
- Medically Fragile
- New York State Alternate Assessment (NYSAA)
- Regular Assessment
