Registration for the upcoming program, a collaboration between NYSAWA, Capital Region BOCES and Tenshey Inc., closes June 30, 2022.
Whether you are a teacher, administrator or superintendent, the personalized one-on-one coaching experience, provided by Tenshey Inc., aims to meet you where you are in your career journey and equip you with the tools to work toward your career goals. Participants have the opportunity to choose between two coaching tracks: the Sprint program and the Transform program. The Sprint program is designed for leaders of all levels, and empowers and equips participants through a sponsor-driven approach. The Transform program aims to foster women in leadership roles continue to advance their careers in the educational field and beyond.
