Position:

Teacher-Academic Integration-Mathematics (.50-1.0 FTE)

Location:

Career & Technical Education - Albany Campus

Basic Function:

Enforcement of previously introduced skills and implementation of daily classroom routines.

Qualifications:

A. NYS teaching certification in Mathematics 7-12.
B. Some experience with Special Education students ideal.
C. Willingness and ability to embrace new challenges and ideas and to work as an integral part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. To teach mathematics in a Career & Technical and Special Education high school setting.
2. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of educators to teach integrated science activities in the career & technical and special education programs using the co-teaching model set forth by the NYS and BOCES services.

January 25, 2021

Starting Salary:

Dependent upon step of current contract prorated to the amount of service rendered.

The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
