We help school districts provide textbooks to students attending non-public schools across the region using our centralized, automated distribution network. We have ongoing relationships with 80 non-public schools, and the pooled collections of more than 50 member districts, to serve over 7000 students each year.

A fully customized textbooks database designed and maintained by program staff helps manage 60,000 annual requests and an inventory of over 9,000 titles with fully automated ordering and instantaneous reporting. We now host a secure online textbook request system, allowing paperless requests.

Returning textbooks:

You can return your books to our office any weekday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The address is 6 British American Blvd, Suite 102, Latham, NY 12110, and directions are listed above.

In addition, we have scheduled times for students or parents to drop-off at local schools and districts to take place following the completion of the Regents Exams. Return notices were mailed to parents and guardians near the end of May with a list of outstanding books. A full pickup schedule for 2016 can be found at the link below:
